About me
I’m Michaela, 32 years old, a proud mother to a wonderful son and the wife of a strong and loving partner.
My professional journey began after graduating from the University of Applied Science in Steyr with a focus on project management and technical sales, in trade and industry companies. However, life had a profound test in store for me. Due to a long-term, severe chronic illness, I was forced to face challenges such as bedridden confinement, total isolation, darkness, and the renunciation of all stimuli. This time was a labyrinth of pain and uncertainty.
But it was precisely there, in this darkness, that I discovered my iron will and mental strength. It was this will to survive that sparked within me the desire to share my experiences and show others how to develop inner strength.
The hardest time of my life became my most intense learning phase – my personal training as a mental coach began in the middle of a "cage" of illness and hopelessness. This experience shaped me and showed me that mental strength is not only essential for survival but can also be the key to a fulfilled life.
The training program to become a certified mental trainer with Wolfgang Reichl-Furthner at the RE-agieren Institut für Personal- und Mentaltraining was an important and deeply valuable part of my journey.
Today, I work with my own approaches, which continue to evolve over time. I accompany people over longer periods through deep crises and transformational processes — and I learn from every single person I work with.
This continuous, carefully attuned guidance over an extended period is more than a profession to me — it is deeply enriching. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and for the depth that this work brings.

Mental training for people who are suddenly thrown into extreme situations, unprepared and unwillingly.
When life suddenly changes everything — through serious illness, accident, loss, other dramatic setbacks, or life crises — familiar strategies often aren’t enough. In these extreme situations, I guide you professionally and individually, step by step, back to inner stability and the ability to act.
I work with targeted mental techniques, mind-body integration, and a connection to nature to release blockages, strengthen inner power, and create a solid foundation for orientation, self-confidence, and the ability to act.
