About me
Ich bin Michaela, 32 Jahre alt, stolze Mutter eines wundervollen Sohnes und Ehefrau eines starken und liebevollen Partners.
My professional journey began after graduating from the University of Applied Science in Steyr with a focus on project management and technical sales, in trade and industry companies. However, life had a profound test in store for me. Due to a long-term, severe chronic illness, I was forced to face challenges such as bedridden confinement, total isolation, darkness, and the renunciation of all stimuli. This time was a labyrinth of pain and uncertainty.
But it was precisely there, in this darkness, that I discovered my iron will and mental strength. It was this will to survive that sparked within me the desire to share my experiences and show others how to develop inner strength.
The hardest time of my life became my most intense learning phase – my personal training as a mental coach began in the middle of a "cage" of illness and hopelessness. This experience shaped me and showed me that mental strength is not only essential for survival but can also be the key to a fulfilled life.
My education as a certified mental trainer at Wolfgang Reichl-Furthner's RE-agieren Institute for Personnel and Mental Training was the crowning achievement of this journey. It taught me to transform my knowledge and personal development into supportive and inspiring work.
Today, I am open to new experiences, curious about all that is yet to come, and ready to continue learning so I can walk my path authentically and with passion.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the mental training, which has been so valuable to me. I found it amazing to connect with the four elements in nature and build the concept around it, and I could really identify with it. The atmosphere in the forest was incredibly suppportive and helped me a lot to engage with the exercises and my own thoughts.
The clear introduction to neuroscience and the visual representation of thoughts were extremely helpful. The connection with the elements helped me recognize negative thought patterns.
You were very gentle in your approach and provided me with enough time and privacy. I especially appreciate the surprisingly simple exercises you gave me for daily practice. On the second day, I was able to learn about my personality type and formulate new perspectives and goals. What was particularly impressive was how you incorporated the elements of fire and water to create a unique atmosphere of comfort.
You succeeded in bringing me out of my 'comfort zone' with your incredibly sensitive and creative, yet also so inspiring and motivating way of conducting the entire training. Michaela took a lot of time during the initial call to get to know me and my reasons for mental training.
