Die Anbieterin bietet Mentaltraining in verschiedenen Formaten an:<\/u> Einzelmentaltraining in der Natur oder Online, Seminare f\u00fcr Privatpersonen, Seminare f\u00fcr Unternehmen, Workshops, Retreats, Projekte, etc. Die genauen Inhalte und Termine der Leistungen werden im jeweiligen Angebot oder Vertrag festgelegt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen:<\/strong>\n

        1. Participation in the Provider\u2019s services requires normal mental and physical resilience. If the client is unable to attend the nature location for health reasons, an online alternative can be arranged.<\/li>\n
        2. Participation is at the client\u2019s own responsibility. Clients are obligated to inform the Provider in advance about any health restrictions or risks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. Terms of Execution and Cancellation Policy for Seminars at Seminar Hotels:<\/strong>\n

          1. One-day and two-day seminars for private individuals at the listed seminar hotels will only take place under the following conditions:<\/li>\n
          2. Minimum number of participants: 3 persons, however with an additional cost surcharge.<\/li>\n
          3. If there are 3 to 4 participants, an additional cost surcharge must be charged to cover room rental and other expenses. <\/em>Minimum number of participants without additional surcharge: 5 persons.
            \nNo additional surcharge will be charged for groups of 5 or more participants.<\/em><\/li>\n
          4. Maximum number of participants: 12 persons.<\/li>\n
          5. If fewer than 3 participants register by 2 months before the seminar date, the seminar will be canceled. No cancellation fees will be charged to the participants.<\/li>\n
          6. If the participant books a room independently and the seminar is canceled, any cancellation fees for the accommodation must be borne by the participant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

              1. Booked sessions for one-on-one mental training can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled date.<\/li>\n
              2. Cancellations made within 14 days before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the agreed fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged the full fee.<\/li>\n
              3. If the Provider must cancel an appointment for important reasons (e.g., illness or force majeure), an alternative date will be offered. No claims or compensation for resulting expenses shall be made.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

                1. For cancellations within 2 months before the seminar\/lecture start date, the following applies:<\/li>\n
                2. 10% of the seminar fee will be charged.<\/li>\n

                4. From one month before the seminar start date, 80% of the seminar fees are due.<\/li>\n
                5. For cancellations made one week or less before the event, the full amount will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
